Onorio Alejandro Cantù Uribe , 49 years of age, passed away suddenly on August 15, 2024 in the suburbs of Chicago. Survived by his wife Jocelyn and son Edward, living son of Benito and the late Maria. Survived by his stepchildren eldest Christian, Michael, & Jemma; dearest brother of Norma De La Torre, Alma Patricia Cantu, Laura Benita Cantu, Maria Socorro Cantu, Maria De Los Santos Cantu, Erika Janeth Cantu, and Mario Alfredo Cantu Nora and Jordanna, Charlotte (Niece) many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. Nono was a hard working man that always provided for his family who loved authentic food and music. His lively spirit touched the lives of many and will leave a void in the lives of friends and family. Visitation will be held at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest  Hwy.  Friday, 8:30 am – 11:00 am followed by Funeral Mass 11:30 at St. Gerald Church  in Oak Lawn, IL. Interment Private
