Lencho Castellano 86 of Palos Hills, IL. Born on June 28, 1933 in Robs Town, Texas passed away May 15, 2020 surrounded by his loving wife, children and favorite dog Charlie. Beloved husband of 63 years to his loving wife Christine Castellano. Loving father of Daniel Castellano, Margaret Castellano, Eileen Castellano Brownworth, Ronald Castellano and daughter in law Cari Castellano. Maria Christine Castellano Parker and Son in law Daniel Parker. Proud grandfather of Anthony Nicolas Castellano, Raymond Castellano and Sandra Castellano. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fidel and Micheala Castellano. He was the patriarch of the Castellano family, the eldest of 9 children and survived by his loving sisters Mary Esther Castellano Lopez and Eloise Castellano Zuniga and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a charismatic & gregarious family man who lived life to the fullest and grew up with a modest Mexican-American upbringing. He was proud of his Texas roots and loved his extended family and friends through out California, Texas and Wisconsin. Lencho, a passionate music lover and fisherman he was often known to sing out loud to his favorite Country and Tejano genres. Lencho also relished hosting many over-the-top celebrations for family & friends. He will be greatly missed by many.
