John "Jack" Sullivan

John (Jack) Joseph Sullivan, 87, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2022. Beloved husband of Camilla (Absalonsen) and loving father of Carolyn (Robert) Muhs, Kathleen (Matthew) Lennon, John Sullivan, Mary (Paul) Wisdom and the late Thomas Sullivan. Devoted son of the late James Edward Sullivan and late Beatrice (Engelthaler) and late stepfather, George Babich. Brother to James (Kathleen) Sullivan, the late Donald (Martha) Sullivan, and the late Carol Ann (Phil) Orsi. Grandfather of Deanne (Reed), Lisa (Zach), Robert, Daniel, Patrick, Mackenzie, Clare, Mary, Riley, Colleen, Jamie, Andrew, Brian and Lindsay. Great grandfather to Hudson, Maya, Nolan, Everly and Zach. Fond dog lover of the late Shane Boy, Kelsey, Cassie and Monte. Jack’s memory will be cherished and carried on by familyand friends. Jack, G-Pa, G-G-Pa, Papa, Dad, and Papa Big Pool is loved by many and will forever hold a lasting place in our hearts. A celebration of Jack’s life will take place Monday, July18th from 4-8 pm at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Hwy. (7700W), Palos Hills. Funeral Mass onTuesday, July 19th at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, 8245 W. 111th Street, Palos Hills. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 6601 West 111th St., Alsip.
