Dorothy M. Considine

Dorothy M. Considine nee Mazur, age 99 years of Burbank, IL, passed away on September 1, 2022. Her husband Raymond L. Considine preceded her in death in 1979. Loving daughter of the late Agnes nee Szewzyk and John W. Mazur. Beloved only sister of the late Gertrude Harrison. Treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dorothy also hand many other cousins, great nieces and nephews, many lifelong friends. Dot was a graduate of Calumet H.S. and worked over 25 years in the Credit Analysis Division for Northern Trust Bank of Chicago. She had a great love of animals thru the years including dogs, cats and the famous goose "Lucky". She would get the Scrabble game out on any holiday to play, also poker. Dot was on bowling leagues for many years and was skilled on the sewing machine early in life and created many of her work outfits and dresses for special occasions. Photography and cooking was a big interest for her also in her life. A celebration of Dot's life will be held on Friday, at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home 11028 Southwest Hwy. Palos Hills, IL 9:00 a.m. until time of prayers 10:00 a.m. to St. Albert the Great Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
