Daniel M. Lichter, "Dan", passed away peacefully on July 7th, 2024, at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL. He was 51 years old. Dan will be fondly remembered by his children as a devoted father who always encouraged them to follow their dreams. His son aptly described him by saying, "Dad's hobby is hobbying."
Dan was a man of many interests and hobbies. One of his greatest passions was playing bass in various local bands for over 31 years. He also found joy in tropical freshwater fish keeping, hiking, books, bonsai, comic book collecting, and attending live music events with his beloved wife, Erica. Dan was not only a talented musician and hobbyist but also a compassionate leader who deeply cared about the people he worked with. Many credit Dan for their career development and attribute their success to his guidance.
