Annette M. Simcoe, RN (nee Michet) of Palos Hills, IL. Born in Chicago July 26, 1924 entered eternal life February 1, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Edward Simcoe for 57 years. Cherished daughter of the late Victor & Mary Michet. Loving mother of Mary Ann Simcoe, Thomas (Jean) Simcoe, Barbara (late Lee Murray) Simcoe, Bernadette Simcoe, and Joan Szymko; cherished grandmother of Matthew (Ann) Simcoe, Margaret (Justin) Waite, Daniel (Ellie) Simcoe, and Alice Simcoe-Matthews; dear great-grandmother of Winona, Beatrix, Charlotte, Nora, and Jack; loving sister to late Victor (late Dora) Michet, RPH, Dr. Clement (late Marion) Michet, Dr. Lawrence (late Marianne) Michet, Helen Michet; beloved aunt of 15 nieces and nephews. Graduate of St. Agnes school in Brighton Park, Lourdes High School, St. Anthony de Padua Hospital School of Nursing. Eucharistic minister and minister of care for many years at Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills. Big Chicago Cubs fan who loved reading, playing her keyboard; member of ACCW and Sacred Heart Parish Fun Club. Resident of Franciscan Village in Lemont, IL for the last two years. Visitation Sunday 3-8pm at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills, IL 60465. Funeral Monday 9:45 am from the Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills.Mass 10:30am.
