Alyce P Konkoleski, (Roman), most adored and loving mother to Diane Konkoleski and son, Brian. Grandmother of Michael, Katie, Daniel and Kimberly. Adopted Grandmother of Maggie, Sebastian and Alex Smolecki. Alyce was a very classy and genuine lady, a loving mother and well loved as a friend, Aunt and Great Aunt. Honored adopted Grandma to the Smolecki family, Balestri family and Pantano family. Preceded in death by her husband Leonard, her parents Stanley and Aniela Roman. Her sisters, Ann, Helen, Stephanie, Loretta, Adella and a baby brother Tadeusz. Retired from Mt. Sinai Hospital, Chicago, Il with 30 years of service in Administration. Alyce had a calm, pleasant demeanor and always had a smile to greet you. Her strong faith in God took her through many hardships. She treated everyone with respect and we were fortunate to have her in our lives. I will miss and love you forever. Visitation Thursday, June 11th, 9-11 AM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Hwy. (7700W) Palos Hills.
