Al Skinky, age 76, U.S. Army veteran. Beloved husband of the late Maureen. Devoted father of Kimberly (William) Kubiak and the late Kurt (Carol Koch) Skevis. Loving grandfather of Michael, Steven, Craig and Kara. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Longtime member of I.B.E.W. Local #134.
