John Milligan

John R. "Jack, J.R." Milligan, age 90, U.S. Army Medic and Purple Heart veteran of World War II. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Sullivan). Devoted father of Donna Milligan, Caroline Flis, and Robert (Kristen) Milligan, Proud and loving grandfather of Amy, Michelle and Peyton Emily. Dear brother of Jeanne (the late John) Kane and the late George, James, and Beatrice. Fond brother in law of Tim and Patricia Sullivan, Patrick and Gloria Sullivan, Eileen and Ted Rychlewski, Phil (the late Marie) Cosgrove and the late Jack and Audrey Sullivan. John was a member of Evergreen Park American Legion Post and Honor Flight-Chicago, September 2014. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.
