Edward Lombard

Edward Delos Lombard 1924-2015. Late of Palos Heights, IL. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Wachholz), the late Verna (nee Larrabee), and the late Viola (nee Whitcher). Loving father of Laurel (Gene) Klinckman, Cheryl (Roger) Kinnersley, Karyl (Walt) Tyler, Teryl (Gary) Canzoneri, Meryl (the late Daniel) Nash. Grandfather of eleven and great-grandfather of fourteen. Brother of the late Warren and the late Lois Miller. Edward was an audio engineer for ABC TV for 40 years. His work in sound technology was also his hobby, as he voluntarily developed sound systems for his church and other community organizations. Edward was a long time member of Chicago First Church of the Nazarene, serving as a board member, Sunday School teacher, and sound man. Visitation Sunday 3-8 p.m. Funeral Monday 10:30 a.m. at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home with the Reverends Howard Millhoff and Bob Brown, Officiating. Interment Bethania Cemetery, Justice, IL.
