Theresa R. Szablewski, age 73 (nee Padilla). Beloved wife of the late Jerome. Devoted mother of Lynne (Thomas) Kelly. Loving grandmother of Erin Therese and Alexander Thomas. Many years of service with Palos Hills Community Center and P.L.O.W.S. Theresa graduated from the Jane Adams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Memorial visitation Saturday 12 noon until time of service 5PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S. Southwest Hwy. (7700W) Palos Hills.
