Sandra Grau (nee Hojnacki) age 41, suddenly. Loving mother of Jacob Adam. Cherished daughter of Stanley and the late Catherine (nee Wisowaty). Loving sister of Barbara Hojnacki, Richard (Jennifer) Hojnacki, Cynthia (Bill) Mustafa and the late Christine Hojnacki. Most grateful auntie to Zachary and Riley. Will be sorely missed by Mary Pretzer. Former wife of Carl. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation Monday 3-9 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S.
