Devoted father of Bart Jr. (Cindy), Sharon Kostrubala, Gary (Juliet), Craig (Kelly) and Mark. Loving grandfather of Natalie, Edward, Anthony, Andrew, Courtenay, Kyle and Paige. Dear brother of the late Pola Valesek. Bart served the community as a dentist for 54 years. Member of Zientek American Legion Post 419.
