Peter Komar

Peter "Petar" J. Komar, age 75, left us on May 29, to be in God's Hands. Beloved husband of Ann "Neda" (nee Ratkovich); devoted father of Mary Komar, Victoria (Joseph) Bozen, Patricia Komar, Mark (Mylene), Peter C. and Richard; loving grandfather of Alexandria, Isabella, and Dylan Bozen, and Gabriella and Petra Komar; dear brother of Ante (Cvita), Jela (the late Petar), and Cvita(Vjeko); also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Many years of service with Electro-Motive Division. Pete was also the long time owner of Pete's Wine and Liquors in Worth. Visitation Wednesday, June 1, 3 to 9 p.m. at the Palos Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S. Southwest Hwy. (7700W), Palos Hills. Funeral Thursday, 9 a.m., from the funeral home to St. Alexander Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
